WOD-s dalībniekiem tiks atklāti tikai tieši pirms pasākuma.
Esi gatavs jebkam, jo WOD-s var ietvert tehniski sarežģītākus vingrinājumus ar stieņiem un ķermeņa svaru. Finālistiem noteikti būs iespēja pārbaudīt savu plaušu kapacitāti un ātrumu.
Droši ņem līdz locītavu strepus, krītu… tās lietas, kas līdz šim tika atļautas izmantot sacensībās.

Be prepared for a significant endurance exercise that tests your stamina.

Make sure you can perform various snatch variations. The WOD may also include lower body exercises such as squats, lunges, box jumps, etc. Be prepared for a significant weightlifting exercise that demands explosive power and precision.

Men will use 2×20 kg Kettlebells, women will use 2x12kg kettlebells

Men will use 60kg barbell, women will use 42,5 kg barbell

WOD 3 | Be prepared for a significant cardio component right at the start. Expect an exercise that will heavily target your core muscles. There will be an exercise that tests your balance and overhead strength with a single arm. Be ready for a demanding upper body gymnastics move which requires you to be able to pull up your body weight. | Men will use 17,5 kg dumbbell and women will use 12,5kg dumbbell | Men will use 22,5 kg dumbbell and women will use 15kg dumbbell |
