Time until start
There will be two parts.
First part will be 12 minutes long:
- 50 kettlebell thrusters.
- Till the end of time, *3 replicates “staircase mood” Calorie Assault Bike and Dumbbel Devil’s Presses.
*Example:
- 3 kcal Assault Bike, 3 Dumbbell Devil’s Presses.
- 6 kcal Assault Bike, 6 Dumbbell Devil’s Presses.
PAUSE for 1 minute.
Second part will be 1 minute long.
- AMRAP (as many reps as possible) Lateral Sticks Jumps.
