It’s time to blow up the blood a little bit and burn calories in the form of competitions!

Where: MyFitness Dzelzava and its surroundings

“MyFitness Cardio photo orientation” is an easy run in nature with photo-orientation tasks and a cooling off with a trainer after running.

REGISTERS YOUR TEAM HERE

Participants get table with pictures and a map with searching points. There needs to be a 1.5 h (hour-and-a-half) that needs to collect as many points as possible, and in the end everyone is gathering at the sports club for a joint rehearsal while the points are collected.

We encourage you to choose comfortable sportswear to suit the weather. In the end part – stretching class, changing shoes or socks are required at the sports club.

PRIZES

At each stage, the first-place winner will receive a gifts from Rigas Dzirnavnieks.

In the 2023 MyFitness Cardio photo orientation year’s overall ranking, Davanu Serviss will hand out gift cards:

• First place in the value of EUR 150;
• Second place in the value of EUR 100;
• Third place worth EUR 50.

Programm:

• Photo orientation run starts at 18:30;
• Finish at 20:00;
• Stretching class at 20:00;
• Awards at noon 20:30.
