Programm
Every day, young people will be able to be brought between 8:00 – 9:00 in the morning to the MyFitness Upītis sports Club.
At the end of the camp day, young people will be able to pick up home between 17:30 and 18:00.
MONDAY – team-building day.
- Morning warm-up.
- Introducing with each other. Theoretical lesson about team bending and team working.
- Lunch.
- Team-building games working in teams and sport activities.
- Training all together and after that cool-down.
- Dinner.
- Filling in the positive emotion card.
MyFitness day!
TUESDAY – hiking day.
- Morning warm-up.
- Ride away up to 50 km from Riga.
- Theoretical lesson “How to prepare for a hike, how to choose the best clothing for a hike; what and in what order to put in your backpack; how to put together your tent and other useful hiking tips.”
- The secrets of hunters.
- Lunch.
- Splitting in teams.
- Hike. In the end make together fireplace and dinner in the big boiler.
- Dinner.
- Filling in the positive emotion card.
WEDNESDAY – volleyball day.
- Morning warm-up.
- Short film about team sport, those types and working together.
- Going to the beach volleyball courts.
- Team-sport – volleyball. Kids will split in teams. After that theoretical and practical training.
- Lunch.
- Practical training continues.
- Small volleyball competition.
- Dinner.
- Award ceremony.
- Filling in the positive emotion card.

THURSDAY – climbing day.
- Morning warm-up.
- Going together to the climbing place.
- Climbing lesson: training with ropes and strengthening skills.
- Lunch.
- Climbing practical lesson.
- Climbing competition.
- Dinner.
- Filling in the positive emotion card.

FRIDAY – entertainment and the final day.
- Morning warm-up.
- Breakfast.
- Going to the Zoo.
- Spliting in teams and do photo orientation in the Riga Zoo.
- Picnic lunch.
- Disc golf training with a game at the end.
- Heading to Camp Base site: MyFitness Upītis.
- Dinner and a moment of memories.
