Product and service lottery “MyFitness lottery 2023” rules

1. SERVICE PROVIDER:
1.1. SIA “My Fitness”, company registration number: 40003440545, legal address: Rīga, Ernesta
Birznieka-Upīša street 21E, LV-1011, Latvia.

2. ORGANIZER OF THE LOTTERY:
2.1. SIA “SOMESE Baltic”, company registration No 40103207278, legal address: Ernestīnes
street 12, Riga, Latvia, LV-1046.

3. TERRITORY OF THE LOTTERY:
3.1. The lottery takes place in “MyFitness” sports clubs and on website www.myfitness.lv
throughout the territory of Latvia.

4. TIME PERIOD OF THE LOTTERY:
4.1. Lottery registration period is from 12/09/2023 till 31/10/2023.
4.2. Official lottery period is from 12/09/2023 till 06/11/2023.
4.3. Winners will be picked on 19/09/2023, 26/09/2023, 03/10/2023, 10/10/2023, 17/10/2023,
24/10/2023 and 01/11/2023 at 1:00 am.
4.4. Winners will be published on web page www.myfitness.lv on 06/11/2023.
4.5. Winners can receive prizes till 24/11/2023.
4.6. The participant has the right to make complaint regarding the course of the lottery till
01/12/2023.
5. PRIZE FUND:
5.1. Prize fund consists of 10 (ten) SIA “VIVA SPORT” gift cards each in value of 100,- EUR
(one hundred euro, 00 cents). Gift card can be used only in “NIKE” shops till 01/08/2024.
5.2. The total value of the prize fund constitutes 1000,- EUR (one thousand euro, 00 cents).

6. PARTICIPATION RULES:
6.1. Participation is allowed for any person who has reached the age of 12 (twelve). For persons
who are 12 (twelve) to 15 (fifteen) years old the sport club agreement is concluded and lottery
participation is approved by child’s legal guardian. In case of wining the prize is handed out
to the person who has concluded the contract.
6.2. In order to take part in the lottery, a participant in time period from 12/09/2023 till 31/10/2023
has to register for the sports club member status on website www.myfitness.lv or in any sports
club “MyFitness”, agree to take part in the lottery and pay the club member fee.
6.3. In the lottery participate new clients who have become club members.
6.4. 1 (one) participant can win 1 (one) prize.
6.5. Lottery organizer shall not be responsible for:
6.5.1. Possible loss of participants, which has occurred when registering for the sports club
membership in the sports club or on web page, or receiving the prize;
6.5.2. Consequences, which have occurred due to the provision of false data or other
inaccuracies arising due to the fault of the participant;
6.5.3. Incomplete registrations, which have occurred due to the damage of technical equipment
from where the registration was made, or internet disruptions.
6.6. By participating in the lottery, participants confirm that they agree with personal data
processing in SIA “My Fitness” data base with the purpose to raffle winners, publish winners,
hand out prizes and save participant data in accordance with laws of Republic of Latvia, as
well participants agree with personal data processing by SIA “SOMESE Baltic” with the
purpose to declare winners, save lottery winner draw protocol and winner prize receiving acts
in accordance with laws of Republic of Latvia.

7. ESTIMATED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
7.1. Planned number of participants of the lottery is 4000 (four thousand) participants. Therefor 1
(one) participant approximate chances to win are 10/4000.

8. CONTRIBUTION OF PARTICIPANTS:
8.1. In order to take part in the lottery, the participant has to become a sport club “MyFitness”
member by registering in any “MyFitness” sports club or on the webpage www.myfitness.lv.

9. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:
9.1. Winners will be determined from all received valid registrations according to the random
principle by drawing the winners through a computer program.
9.2. Winners will be determined within the premises of SIA “My Fitness” in Riga, at Ernesta
Birznieka-Upīša street 21E by inviting a representative from the Lotteries and Gambling
Supervision Inspection.
9.3. Winners will be raffled according to schedule attached in Annex No. 1. by determining
winners from registrations that have not won jet.

10. DOCUMENT OF A PRIZE:
10.1. Prizes have to be received in SIA “My Fitness” office on Br Birznieka-Upīša street 21E, Riga,
Latvia on business days from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm. Winners have to have a personal identity
document (passport or ID card) with them and present it before receiving the prize. More
information on prize receiving is available by calling +371 26285265.
10.2. Prizes will not be sent out via post or any delivery service, will not be paid out in money or
given out in form of other prize, product or service.
10.3. Prizes which are not collected by the winners till 24/11/2023 will be issued to reservists who
from that moment will become prize winners. Prizes not taken out by winners will remain the
property of SIA “My Fitness”.

11. COMPLAINTS AND REVIEW OF THEM:
11.1. A participant of the lottery shall be entitled to make complaints regarding the course of the
lottery by submitting a written submission to SIA “SOMESE Baltic”, Ernestīnes street 12,
Riga, LV-1046.
11.2. All complaints will be reviewed and a reply will be provided to the participant within 15
(fifteen) calendar days from the day of document of a written submission.

12. PROHIBITION TO PARTICIPATE:
12.1. Employees of SIA “My Fitness” and SIA “SOMESE Baltic” shall be prohibited to participate
in the lottery.
12.2. Winners confirm that they are not employees of above-mentioned companies by signing prize
receiving act. In the case of a violation of this rule, and if a person who is not entitled to
participate in the raffle becomes a winner of any of the raffles, the prize shall remain the
property of the service provider SIA “My Fitness”.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS:
13.1. Rules of the lottery, which are approved by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspection
by signature, are available on the webpage of the promotion www.myfitness.lv.
