BODYART® is a holistic functional training aimed to train a person as a wholesome-being, including body, mind and soul. In diverse exercises, it combines the best and most therapeutically effective exercises inspired by: yoga, physiotherapy, various breathing techniques, Japanese Do In, Qi (Qi) movements, classic strength and flexibility training, as well as includes special BODYART original exercises. With regular training, BODYART helps to eliminate wrong movement habits and positively affects posture, improves coordination, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and self-control, strengthens deep muscles. BODYART balances a person both physically and mentally. These classes are suitable for all levels of physical fitness.
