KamiBo® is a simple, challenging and athletic martial art – interval Training.

It combines elements from kick boxing, karate, boxing and workout with classical group fitness movements.

This power workout is powerful, fast, explosive and sweat inducing.

It trains the capacity to react, improves mastery of the body promotes mental strength.

 

The powerful and sweat inducing workout is supplemented with relaxing elements of tai chi – perfect according to the yin-yang principle, representing balance!
