Tabata
This class strengthens body`s endurance. The rate of metabolism will be increased even a long time after the class. The main focus is put on training the heart – the cardiovascular system and strengthening muscles. The programme consists of 4 minute cycles that are further split into 20 seconds of an intensive load and 10 seconds of a pause. There are about 8 cycles during which the muscles are under a constant load.
